There is absolutely nothing mild mannered about this cookie.! It has a "knock your socks off!" full blown maple flavor from Grade B Dark Amber pure maple syrup with a wonderfully smooth buttery background from pure dairy butter and oh, so munchy and mellow pecans. A tender middle with a slightly crisp edge, this is another really chewy, fresh from the oven cookie baked just for you. This cookie will become your favorite midnight snack!
