Ricciarelli is a traditional Italian holiday treat from Siena. By popular demand, we're now offering them all year long. Crunchy on the outside, chewy and moist on the inside, they're handcrafted from pure ground almonds and fresh orange zest then rolled in a blanket of powdered sugar. And they're an excellent choice for a gluten-free cookie!
